Team Coaching and Facilitation

Paula frequently works with both new and established workplace teams to support them in their development. An assignment usually begins with initial exploratory discussions with the team leader to establish the team’s current functioning, aspirations and needs. Once the team development objectives are understood, Paula designs an approach for a series of team coaching sessions. Ideally the team coaching relationship is longer term, say 6 – 12 months, rather than one off ‘away days’. In this way, trust with the team is created and longer term success more likely.
